The default Tc isn't always 125ms, it's dependent on the CIR. The
larger the CIR the smaller the default (and maximum) Tc is. Enter just
the "frame-relay cir 1024000" command in a map-class and apply it to a
VC and look at the "show traffic-shape" output.
