Switching telnet session from one router to another disconnects

Hi Experts,

I have an issue connecting to my rack from my office. May be it would
simple to resolve for most of you but I'm having hard time dealing with
this.

The weired problem is that when I try to switch back to terminal server to
open another telnet session to other routers after opening a telnet session
to one of the router using ctrl+alt+delete, it kills my session to terminal
server. It works fine from home. I tried using both Tera term and secure CRT
but still have the same issue.

Any idea to fix this.
