QOS-FRTS

I know there is a legacy and a MQC solution for FRTS. I think even when you use MQC on a P2P frame circuit you need to add the policy map to a map-class and apply that class under the "frame-relay interface DLCI xxx" config. My question is this, I do not see that same kind of an option for a point to multipoint link. Would I simply add the standard MQC service-policy to the interface in that situation. I do see that as an option. If so, why?

Also, what do you QoS guru's see as the requirement to use legacy or MQC. I know that legacy can only do one queueing on the interface and MQC can do many at one time. Useing that information it seems as though if there is only one queueing task on the interface with parameters within legacy confiurations, then use that. If there are multiple queuing tasks on an interface then use MQC.
