IPv6 & OSPFv3 live happily together on the 2620/2621.
You can get a 12.2 image or go for 12.3 like I did.
[The "one and only" 12.3(17a) image]
This is the only "supported" 12.3x image available AFAIK
You will need the 32MB flash upgrade ~or~ tftpdnld it.
Personally, I'd rather have the flash in the router.
[~ $100. on eBay, usually comes w/ the ROM upgrade]

In it is ask to configure IPV6 ospfv3 on R1 and R2. What IOS do you load on
the 2620/2621 to be able to run IPV6 ospfv3. I used this image
c2600-j1s3-mz.122-15.T17.bin and it does not work.
