Delete flash:vlan.dat will delete the vlan database which when rebooted
the switch doesn't have a configuration to use and goes back to default.
This should be done when implementing a new switch onto a network to
ensure of VTP revisions.

I would assume that you would not want to clear it out. Therefore there
is no way to clear it. Are you trying to clear the VTP domain names to
have two switches in two VTP domains? If you are, simply change the
Domain names so they are different.
