Hello All,

Have a more specific question about Pim V2 and V1, the only difference is
that Hellos in V2 are called Querys to neighbors in Pim V1 or there is
something more that I have not read (with out taking in consideration that
they use different Multicast Address to send pkts)

So why this difference, Why in the begging the where sending to all Routes
Address, and then changed to their own .13 address?
