I'm afraid the DocCD is the second best reference.

The best would be "IP Telephony Self-study Cisco QoS Exam Certification Guide 2nd Ed. by Wendell Odom"

For the legacy QoS tools and FRTS make sure to read the appendix in the included CD.

It cost me more than $70, but it is worth it!!

If you read this , you will see what I mean.

I'm going to read the DocCD again with the firm understanding on the QoS that I got from this book.

Oh, one more thing. I'm not related to the author in any way.
