Many move to management. Although (IMHO) I worked hard enough at this
stuff, I personally can't imagine why you'd let it expire.
Although I always thought the percentage was around 10%, but whatever. The
numbers don't get re-used!

Why do you think they let them expire after so much hard work?
Possibly because they left the industry or just too lazy?
