Hold on everyone, I think we're reading a little too far into this. The
commercial does show an engineer of possible Indian heritage, and an
older boss (who has a striking resemblance to Yoda!). But these are
just characters in a commercial, probably chosen by marketing people.
Marketing people are not really human, they are a species that Dilbert
regularly (and rightfully) makes fun of. They could easily have picked
circus clowns, the Blue Man Group, Britney Spears, or David Spade
instead. There's no racism involved, from what I can tell.
