Frame relay mapping for IPv6

Hi folks,

When running OSPFv3 over a multipoint frame relay link, are you supposed to
configure the IPv6 static mapping statements using the global address or the
link local address or both? I tried configuring the global address mapping
only but a ping failed. Debug IPv6 packet showed it was trying to resolve
the link local address. What is the best practice here?
