reading a question in IE's v2.0 book.............
"configure network so none of the devices exceed the provisioned rates on
the circuits"
in my mind i immediatly think of policing, because anything in excess of
the policing rate will be dropped, but the answer is FRTS.
does the mechanism for FRTS allow for a shaping "average" or does it
actually cut off anything over the CIR?...
i'm a bit stumpted about this.
