For OSPF it will send the default every time with "default-info originate
always", with just "default-info originate" it will send only if it has a
default route.
I think rip can be configured to send a default with or without a default
present. To require a route to be present before advertising the default
requires a match with a route-map and standard acl; if no route-map is
configured, the default will be sent.
Not sure but I don't think this command is in EIGRP. I think you need the
default-network, or a stub area to generate a default here.
I have forgotten ISIS exists.
