As you know Cisco 7000 is EOL and EOS.

"sh ver" usually show the memory capacity on the RSP7000. If you do a "sh
mem summ" that should show you the memory statistics. Similarly "sh proc
cpu" and "sh proc cpu" should show you the CPU statistics.
