When u set a string of communities, all will be attached to the update.
Multiple communities help control the way you want the routes to be updated.
Say community 1:2 --> Only announce to Regional Network 1
community 1:21 --> Only announce to SubRegion 1 under Region 1
community 1:22 --> Only announce to SubRegion 2 under Region 1
So with set community 1:2 1:21 , announce to Region 1 and SubRegion 1, but
not to others
So with multiple communities, you can control which all nodes should receive
the update.
