Dave:

This might be an overstatement: but if it was not for my wonderful wife, I
would not have been a CCIE today.

I was going nuts trying to find time b/w a very high pressure work
environment, family life, undergrad school and my CCIE studies, I had
actually given up for over a year when my wife pushed me to start studying
once again and "better pass it this time" she said.

She quit her job so that she could take care of my son who just started
first grade and also take care of the house.

I also have wonderful co-workers and management who encouraged me to keep
going at it.

Just don't quit - becoz' in the end they told me - you will be a CCIE

I managed to grab an hour or two everyday and every Sunday to prepare for
the Lab.

I did it for about 3 months then went to CyscoExpert for a 2 week training.

That helped tremendously.

Just one thing: Don't give up - Keep going for it even if it takes multiple
attempts - becoz' in the end, it does not matter if you have taken it once
or 10 times - you are A CCIE.

Good Luck.

Sincerely,

Niraj
