can you use a route-map for send-community instead of attaching a
route-map
onto the network statement?

nei 1.1.1.1 send-community
nei 1.1.1.1 route-map send out

route-map send permit 10
      match ip add prefix 5
      set community no-export

ip prefix-l permit 5.5.5.5/32

....so that 1.1.1.1 will recieve the no-export for route 5.5.5.5
i dont have a lab to verify this at the moment.
