Help regarding FXO disconnect issue

Guys,

I need some help in a voice config:

I have an 2600xm router with 2 FXO voice card,

I have connected them to the customer PBX,

when i call to the extensions, and disconnect the call
the call still remain UP!!

when i entered the command:

supervisory disconnect anytone
!

it is working fine when i make the call from the PBX
to the routers phones,

BUT when i am trying to make a call out, it wont let
me,

I get a dissconnect from the routers,

Any sUggestions??
