Cisco Engineer - IP Telephony - CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, CIPT
Are you a Cisco IP Telephony expert?
Do you have at least 5 years of hands on industry work experience with
extensive Cisco experience?
Do you have multiple Cisco certifications?

We are a 10 year old technology services company that is experiencing
explosive growth. We are looking to add a strong Cisco Engineer to our
outstanding team. We are looking for a person who is experienced, preferably
certified, on Cisco IP Telephony. That would include experience in Cisco
CallManager, Unity Voicemail and Unified Messaging, IP Contact Center, QoS as
well as proficiency in general routing, switching and security.
What you will be doing:
- Provide integration and support services for Cisco based IP Telephony
projects and installations.
- Planning, designing, implementing and maintaining LANs & WANs.
- Interacting and working with customers and potential customer on a daily
basis.
What you must have:
- Minimum of 5+ years of network design, deployment and support.
- 2 + years with Cisco IP Telephony - Cisco CallManager, Unity Voicemail and
Unified Messaging and IP Contact Center.
- 5 + years with Cisco routers, switches (IOS), VoIP, IPT, QoS, AVVID, CCM,
CCME, Unified Messaging, IPCC.
- 5 + years with Cisco configuration tools, comprehensive knowledge of
emerging network technologies and protocols.
- College Degree.
- Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCVP, CIPT certifications.
- CCVP and CCIE preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer interface skills are
extremely important.
- Desire to interact with customers and potential customers.
