Anyone work in Sydney and experience difficuty with Telstra's

Hello all,

If you have experience dealing with Telstra, can you please give me some
hints on how long normally it will take to install a new Internet
services for company use?

Basically, we are planning to move office and want to have another link
in place in the new office, but we've waited for over 3 months, the
service is still not available! The service is located in St. Lenard
(not sure the spelling, but it is very close to Chatswood).

I would think that it should take less than 1 month to finish the job.

Any ideas much appreciated.
