Hi Ahmed,
   
  The ethernet channel will be available on switch ports, but the E1 is terminated on a 7206 (PA-8E) and can't bind the ethernet interfaces to a layer 3 port-channel interface. Or is there a way?

I think you can use converters that make bonding on two local loops. Or
you can use layer3 Ethernet channel.
