Hi John,
Note that when LLQ is configured, a burst parameter can be specified (a default burst size is applied if not explicitly provided).. Therefore, it has the capability to queue up at least that many packets... Anything exceeding that will be dropped.

hmmm..........llq allows for the user to guarantee "at most/ maximum"
bandwidth during times of congenstion......but does that actually mean it
drops the packtes or does it just keep it in the queue?
