LLQ will drop excess traffic during congestion, it is strict priority and
used for real time traffic eg VoIP. That is why we are always told to
calculate the max. number of calls and multiple that by the value of the
codec in use and use the resultant value in the LLQ priority in essence,
this value have to be determined ahead of time.
