Not very sure if I got your question, but If you want your router to be the
source of a multicast for testing purposes you could try a simple ping to
the group address, if you want to get more sophisticaded you could use
the service assurance agent. If you need a router to join the group address
you can use the "ip igmp join-group" cmd.
