I think your switch 2 configuration needs to specify a source as follows:
SW2
monitor session 1 source remote vlan 123
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also note that the size of your rspan sessions will be limited by the size
of your reflector port. Depending on the kind of traffic you are going to
rspan, choosing a gigabyte interface will give you more throughput than a
10/100 fastethernet intterface.
