tools available in the lab

Hi Group,

I understand that this is likely a repeated topic.

but can anyone advise what tools are available in the
lab like

1) telnet programs (is it just hyper term?)
2) doc cd, can we do the "search" function?
3) notepad available?
4) any other tools

the term servers can already setup for use??

does the tools differ on different lab locations?

appreciate any advice on this
