  Brian when we are talking about sale we are not talking about the value but more of a person or a human being. You can make a million out of a single product, but if the customer doesn't return due to the fact no sale person pick up the phone then that million of dollars will be gone before you will even notice. If you only make one cent out of a single product but the customer return then that one cent will be million before you will even notice. That is just my 2 cents and I will give you a call tomorrow ;-)

Thank you to everyone that took the time and patience to send out they thoughts. I guess there is not much that I can do but keep sending email and try to call them back. Last but not least, Brian you " should " spend some money and hire some sale rep so that the service would be the same as the workbook ;-).

Hello Group,

Does anyone else having the same problem as I am? When ever I try to
contact internetworkexpert no one ever pick up the phone. I have been
trying to contact them since beginning of last week till now. It seems
that they do not have any sale rep and also no operator person to talk
to. I'm kind of confused and I would like to know if anyone else is
having this same problem. Last but not least, I had also tried to send
them emails but still no luck. They workbook is great but what is the
use and advantage if you can not get a hold of them.
