Hi, I had the same problem, particularly, because when I bought the IEWB2.0 I also purchased an "investment protection" for 3.0. But I still haven't it on my subscription pages.

I had to send three mails, nagging them, literally, until they gave me a vague answer last week. Apparently they are too busy handling all new orders...

Unfortunately, their sales department isn't as good as their author's department :(

Does anyone else having the same problem as I am? When ever I try to contact internetworkexpert no one ever pick up the phone. I have been trying to contact them since beginning of last week till now. It seems that they do not have any sale rep and also no operator person to talk to. I'm kind of confused and I would like to know if anyone else is having this same problem. Last but not least, I had also tried to send them emails but still no luck. They workbook is great but what is the use and advantage if you can not get a hold of them.
