Nadeem,

If you look ahead there is a redistribute connected statement under ospf
on R4 in section 5.22-5.24 which matches interface bri 0/0.
I think that if you advertise the 162.1.45.0 subnet on R4 you will end
up with you isdn circuit flapping in normal operation (when R5's serial
is up).
