Hola CCIEin2006 (I would be also CCIE in 2006)

Do not take my experience to push back your goal, I have a little problem
know as English, It takes me a while to understand things, and more when
they are intended to be other thing... my problem is to understand double
sense words and more in English (Maybe I'm a little bit dummy)

And Yes the TCL / The Virtual Link / The Bridging Part / The Routers / Etc.
Where working like only Cisco Routers can Work (I could tell that by having
3 days fighting with 32 ERX pushing all my DSL Customers /32 routes in the
network with no reason (The ISP that I work has the 90% of the ADSL market
in Venezuela), making my core devices be on their knees (4 GSR 12410, but
with that (almost 120000/32 routes + Other Routes 0.0.0.0/0 le 31) and the
Full BGP Table and they are fighting as never)), but it's the F(/."(./"=./
Wording that kicks you out of the game. IMHO this Lab should be named read
50 times what we are trying to say (the Hard Part), and know how to do it in
any possible way (The Easy Part of the game -? & DocCD- )

Good Luck Friend.

Saludos,

Victor.

Hello Victor,

I am sorry to hear the bad news. But judging by your posts I can tell you
know your stuff. Actually to hear you failed is making me think I should
push back my lab date.

One question though...are you saying the TCL scripts incorrectly showed you
have full connectivity when in fact you did not?

Hola a todos..

Lamentably did not passed the Lab last Monday, I felt defeated, after 1 year

of speeding nights without sleeping, getting separated from my wife, and
almost a heat attack I did not pass, this makes me feel like a peace of
sh..t, but now looking at my 2 little kids eyes, and this poor country that
I live with all this f$%& political and economy problem I'm more motivated
to continue and leave this hole but with my #.

In a personal note: This Time I will only follow IEWB. The real labs
questions were very (x 1000) close to several labs that IE has in their
excellent WB, but the only problem is that I had the IEWB just 2 weeks and
half before my lab date and I did not had time to understand how stuff
really work because the various mistakes of the old WB where my studies
begun, and also because the overwhelming work (700$ paid 24x7x365) that I
have, I just rushed up the IE labs thinking in a miracle with out
understanding critical points. Now this time I would master on all topics
since I do not know what my friends doing now.

Personal Advice: Read the whole Lab and try to understand what they are
asking. There are many pitfalls for example maybe you are doing your
wildcard correct to the question and you are seeing the "You think" correct
routes are in the RTable, but It could happen that is not for the previous
question networks, it's for the "ALL" the networks, also read the Brains
Explanations in the regular expression in BGP, and master them, they could
appear in your lab and not only the _AS$ like in my Deprecated WB I had.

The only thing that make me think (S: YES I THINK A LOT, Because your WB did

not make sense for me - and also that you should have your solutions double
checked, and stop the selling of your WB until they are fixed or at least
have support for question posted in the site) is that I executed the TCL
Script like 6 times in my lab and It was working correctly, I reloaded all
the routers like 4 times to test the backup ISDN, VL, confreg configuration
and it was working very fine.

Thank you very much for your previous help and now I'm going to prepare more

seriously for next year!

Peace and God Bless
