I don't use the web interface much - mostly POP3 - and it's been
perfect.
I can't recall one time it's been down, and I have the confidence that
they're going to be around for a while. It's also nice to have one stop
shopping for my domain and email.

Our company had network solutions for years. They recently upgraded
the e-mail interface with lot of BELLS and WHISTLES. The performance
was UNUSABLE!! Open a ticket with 12 issues and recieve ack took 10
days. Imagine a company with NO e-mailmaccess for 10 days (even
though it is small company)!!! I had to take a new provider (APLUS.NET)
and use the backup domain and forward company e-mails to the
different domain for a seamless use. After 10 days the applied some
patches and now the performance is good. Still the e-mail interface
has issues like NO SPAM, Cant change a e-mail to UNREAD and etc. So I
suggest u to try the web interface before signing up. For my personal
e-mail I registerd my domain through YAHOO and use the YAHOO e-mail
to access my e-mails. SO I pay like $3 per year and have a simple one
page website and my own e-mail address. So this may be TOO Skimpy for
u. Try APLUS.NET Just my experience...
