Does the BPDU's for SPanning-Tree originate only when the port is enable as
TRUNK? If Yes then why do we need to enable PORT-FAST and other optional
spanning-Tree featres for an ACCESS PORT?

I have a number of swithches connected to trunk switch and was wondering if
I don't need the Port-Fast and BPDU-Filtering as these are connected as
Access ports.
