If you are not prevented from using the area range command, its probably your best choice.
Configure the loopback into a separate and unique ospf area (only the loopback), then use the area range command to advertise it to other areas. This will automatically make your router an ABR even though it was not initially.

If my router is not an ABR and I'm not allowed to use interface type command
neither redistribution, how can i send the Loopback with the real mask
(/24)?
I'm not allowed to use "interface type to point-to-point" neither
redistribution!
