Rich,
I am looking for c4500-a3jk8s-mz.122-2.T4.bin and I opened a call
with TAC two days ago, they are no help. I am not sure what I need to do to
get this image. (there are no new releases in this train)
Any ideas?

What image is it that you require, and why specifically do you need a
deferred image? Can you not just go for the latest one in that train.
You will find that it's unlikely that you will get this image from TAC.
Apart from the image being deferred, please read the following link for
