Hello,
I had the same question with scheduling the Service Provider lab. Here
is the response I got from Cisco...
"Currently the system searches for dates within the next 120 days. If
there're no open dates returned during your search , it means all dates
are fully booked. You can continue to check the online system frequently
for openings due to cancellations."

It doesnt let me schedule beyond March 15th tough (not whole of 2006)
