        The best book for learning QoS is Wendell Odom's Second Edition QoS
book. The Catalyst QoS book is a good follow-on and the end-to-end QoS
Design Guide is the latest and greatest, but 50% of it is verbatim from the
SRND (Tim Szigeti wrote both of them). www.cisco.com/go/srnd

        I personally own every one of these books. Can't say that I've read
them all cover to cover....

The Catalyst QoS Campus book was published in 2003. I personally would go
with one of the newer ones.
