That sounds logical enough, and switching on inverse arp is easy ..
but looking at the lab, the hints which go with it and the solutions
offered, they use it as
int s0/0
frame-relay interface-dlci 601 protocol ip 1.2.3.4
This is given as bootp related in CCO .. now it may be that the lab
itself is wrong, but I'm always reluctant to conclude that! I suppose
if you're using bootp over frame-relay then you only have one ip
address at the other end .. but I haven't been able, so far, to find
an example piece of code which uses the physical interface rather than
a subninterface to do this.
I'm feeling a bit frustrated with this!
Any insights most welcome!
