Reformation software packaging support allows consistent image naming
across the Cisco Catalyst switching portfolio. Cisco IOS Software Release
12.2(25)SEB will support IP Advanced Services, IP Services, IP Base, and
LAN Base images. Images formally known as AIS, EMI, SMI, and EI will now
map to IP Advanced Services, IP Services, IP Base, and LAN Base,
respectively.
These IP Services images are NOT deferred:
12.2.25-SED (ED)
12.2.25-SEC2 (ED)
12.2.25-SEC (ED)
12.2.25-SEB4 (ED)
12.2.25-SEB2 (ED)
12.2.25-SEB1 (ED)
12.2.25-SEB (ED)

So, this means that there are major issues with the code in terms of bug/s
severity and as such it is unavailable for download. Stick with 12.1EA for
now I guess - any thoughts?
