You guys must have read the old Cisco doc that took several pages to hold
all the steps for the "old way". This was the first doc I used for my first
conversion. However, a coworker who had the benefit of taking a Global
Knowledge class had the process condensed down to 4 or 5 steps and the last
one we did took all of fifteen minutes. ;-0
I realize the talk about the lack of an MSFC and all and also he doesn't
have nearly enough RAM or flash so that conversation is moot I think. I
just wanted to mention that I bet I could upgrade 30 6500's in a day.

No MSF= no Native IOS. Also bear in mind that the coversion process is
fairly involved. From memory doing it remotely can be scary you certainly
need out of band console.
