Talk to Cisco, talk to your CAM's and AM's that can champion your company to give grace periods. Also, Never discount the power of a consultant. There are a number of CCIE's for hire out there that will allow you to sign them on for a 3-6-9 12 month contract and with that you get them into your company CCO account, thus pulling their certs to your company.
I see alot of CCIE's that are out there that have CCIE CCO accounts, meaning they have a basic cco account with access to the CCIE t-shirt shop. It is a benifit to get a consultant to not only work for you, but from their aspect, you allow them a contract number to fall under to gain better access to CCO for software bug fixes for work that they do elsewhere.
There is always "1099's" out there, guns for hire. Think about it, as long as they are on the books, they count for your company.

we only get about 1 or 2 months... coz our ccie left us in december, and we
got a new replacement in feb...
but due to the grace period is expired... we will need to start the entire
audit process again..

Correct. We are in this situation right now. Cisco gives a 6 month
extension.

month
before audit...
