bgp router-id and ospf router-id

I know it is good practice to set the ospf router-id (virtual-links,
etc). What about bgp router-id? Is it best practice to manually set
this? If so, would it be advisable to set the OSPF and BGP router-id's
to the same loopback interface? TIA
