ISIS Hub and Spoke

Hi All,
I would like to configrm if I have it all straight...
On ISIS with a hub and two spokes topology, what is your options.
As I have it you need the ISIS connectivity between hub and each spoke,
and then a tunnel intf between spokes.
This is because ISIS supports only two peering types (p2p and broadcast)
and for broadcast you need full connectivity between all peers.

I have labbed this and it works, but would like to know of some other
ways...
