Reading through the docs regarding the election of the DR, it states that this
is controlled by the highest IP address, and is arbitrary. It appears to me
that this would be an issue in a sparse mode frame environment, where you need
to keep the DR as the hub router. The question is....is there another way to
controll the DR election (other than the IP address)....like maybe a priority.
I could seem to locate this information. Thoughts?
