Please ignore earlier post.

Cisco has once again "improvised" on it's own cmd syntax.

Just typing: # tftp-server flash <file_name> did the trick - just had to
ignore the error msg. and type it in.

Then was able to download the ios to my other router.

Strange ....but true!!!
