R4's config has two ISIS process and there are three different areas.
So what else do you expect??? :)
You have hub and spoke toplogy between R4 and R2/R6.
But R4 and R5 matches the same NET 426 but R2 has NET 102.
I would look into the ISIS compatibility among two different area
using NBMA environment.
Regarding routes from R5 in R6, since you have two ISIS processes in
R4 to R5 and R6. You have to do redistribute between two processes.
