I believe each of these vendors (say IE and IP experts) have technology
labs.
Am not endorsing any vendor here but have and still am using them.
For example: IP experts has the first 20 for its lab only on individual
technology. The rest is multiprotocol. With Gold, Platinum subscription, you
get some 80 or so individual labs too.
IE has what it calls "Technologies Labs", for separate subscription I
believe, devoted to individual technologies (topics).
Then you have the book by Duggan et al, "CCIE R & S Practice Labs".
Then again, the lab is not supposed to be study some book and pass :)
