No, I don't think it's true.
sorry not to mean to discourage you. :)
I think it's because Brussels test site can hold as many as 8 candidates in every single workday (compared to Beijing, HK, Bangalore, these test site can only hold 4 or 5).
there is no easier or harder test site...
just a thought.
