Hi Ryan,

AFAIK, no different at all.

You can try the calculation yourself,

1+2+3+4 = 10
Take Queue 4 as an example,
4/10 = 40% of total out-going bandwidth has been assigned to queue 4

5+10+15+20 = 50
Take Queue 4 as an example,
20/50 = 40% as well for queue 4
