The CCIE Lab is not really an examination in Regimentation! Your
configuration must work before you are awarded points for that task. A
Proctor once said a Candidate is allowed to use whatever configuration
approach He/She deem necessary to make a task work, as long as you are not
prevented from using that approach, its fair game so to speak.
 In this case, I agree with Chris, you must globally enable mls qos, for any
qos configuration to be applied on the 3550; I really would not not expect
the question to be phrased like: "Please do not forget to enable mls qos
globally to make this work" !
