I just looked up what that exam was (Metro E), and the only thing I'd add in
(note: I haven't taken this exam, so don't know first hand) is that there
have been a lot of changes with implementations using Metro Ethernet over
the years. It's entirely possible that the exam is based off of older ways
to do things, and if you use this all the time you may be in the mindset of
newer technologies therefore confusing issues.
Just a thought.

I passed it in the first time. Lots of tricky questions though.
I recommend Layer 2 VPN Architectures from Cisco Press. If you are already
familiar with MPLS, this book is all you need for the exam.
