You are on US visa and in that case you will be getting the I-94 form
when you will be in the flight to fill all the details. All the airports
where the international flights arrive have the immigration department.
So, you can fill the form in the flight itself and can get it stamped
when you reach Raleigh airport. While returning back you will have to
submit the I-94 back at the Raleigh airport itself (when you will be
showing the ticket). I will suggest you not to worry about all this as
it will be taken care off when you will be traveling. Its a common
situation so you just concentrate on your lab :)
Cheers,
Seamier

Subject: US Immigration office in Raleigh/Durham NC
Hi,
I'll be flying from Toronto to RTP (Raleigh/Durham) for my lab next
month,
I have a US visa.
I believe visitors exiting USA (with us visa) require the I-94 form
stamped by US Border Control/Immigration..... not sure if
Raleigh/Durham Airport has this facility....
if not then can someone suggest the best connection back to Toronto?
I'd prefer a direct flight back,.. so perhaps there's another
"designated port of exit" near Raleigh Airport where I can drive and
get it stamped and then exit via Raleigh...
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks
